I have broadcast an email with incorrect information! Can this be fixed?

Occasionally there may be an error spotted mid-broadcast with some of your content.

  1. Pause the broadcast if it is still going out.
  2. Amend the content, and save and approve the changes.
  3. Click 'Update queued message' to send the updated email to the remaining queued subscribers.

Any email that has already been sent cannot be be amended.
