What is an invalid email address?

Invalid email address in Taguchi means that our bounce classification system has determined that an email address should no longer receive campaign emails.

How can I tell if an email address is invalid?

The only reliable way to determine if an adress is invalid is to send it an email and read the response from the mail server.

If an email gets bounced, will I still be charged for sending it?

hile you can extract globally unsubscribed users for analytical purposes, you cannot legally reset their unsubscription status without permission from the user.

Can I still send emails to unsubscribed users?

This is generally not possible depending on how the subscriber has unsubscribed.

When an Administrator unsubscribes themselves do they lose access to their login as well?

An unsubscribe flag will not affect an Administrator's Taguchi access privileges.

What does Unsubscribed from default mean?

Do I become unsubscribed if I click the unsubscribe link in an approval or proof email?

You will not be unsubscribed. Unsubscribes are not processed in proof or approval messages.

Why is there multiple unsubscribes from the same user?

Clicking an unsubscribe link in a live email (i.e. not a proof or approval) more than once will result in multiple unsubscribes appearing in the user's interaction history.
