You can generate an extract of all unsubscribed users by using our target expression system.

To extract all globally unsubscribed users across the entire organisation simply;

1. Click the Subscribers tab or alternatively the Campaigns tab

2. Click any stat in the table to bring up the target expression window.

3. Replace the text in the target expression box with 'unsubscribed is not null'

4. Select the 'Generate Extract', then click Continue.

You will be emailed a link to download an organisation-wide list of global unsubscribes.

You can generate an extract of all unsubscribed users by using our target expression system.

To extract all globally unsubscribed users across the entire organisation simply;

1. While in the activity, click on the 'Extract Recipients' link located top-right of the activity edit interface. This will bring up a popup modal window with the target expression pre-populated in the target expression.

2. Replace the target expression with 'unsubscribed is not null'

3. Under extract type, select 'Subscriber Profile'

4. Select 'Generate Extract'.

Once complete, the extract will appear in the Notifications tray.
