How can I extract all globally unsubscribed users across the entire organisation?

You can generate an extract of all unsubscribed users by using our target expression system.

To extract all globally unsubscribed users across the entire organisation simply;

  1. Run an extract via the Subscribers tab.
    Run extract

  2. Switch to the 'Advanced Editor' and replace the target expression with 'unsubscribed is not null'

  3. The extract type by default will be 'Subscriber profile'. Leave this selected.

  4. Click 'Generate Extract'.

Global unsubscribes Once complete, the extract will appear in the Notifications tray.
