Yes. Subscriber custom fields let you store information beyond the standard profile fields, such as a loyalty tier, membership type or preferred store. You can populate those fields from your spreadsheet by selecting an existing active subscriber custom field during Map columns.

Before importing:

1. Open Settings → Custom fields.
2. Check that each subscriber custom field you need already exists and is active.
3. Create any missing fields before uploading your spreadsheet.

Match your spreadsheet column to the custom field

For a Loyalty tier custom field:

1. Locate the spreadsheet column containing values such as Gold or Silver.
2. Choose your existing Loyalty tier field in the selector.
3. Click Accept to confirm the mapping.

Taguchi may suggest a field when the heading matches:

• Its saved field key, such as loyalty_tier.
• Its display name, such as Loyalty tier.
• An exported heading, such as Custom: loyalty_tier.

Check the suggestion before confirming it. If more than one field could match, select the intended field yourself.

Confirm or explicitly ignore every other column, then choose Review import. Check the custom-field mappings alongside the subscriber identifier before starting.

If you are updating existing subscribers, leave a custom field out of the file, or ignore its column, to preserve its current values. A blank cell in a mapped custom-field column can clear the subscriber's existing value.

If an integration manages this data, coordinate changes to its custom-field definitions and values with your integration owner or Taguchi Support.
