Engagement data can provide important insights to how your marketing is going through Taguchi.

Extracting

Engagement Reports can be found within the extract modal of any activity, wihtin the 'Extract type' dropdown menu.

A date range will need to be set via the menu provided. These bounds should fit between the beginning and end of the activity's run to ensure the most accurate output. Once bounds have been set, click the 'Generate extract' button to begin. Depending on the size of the Engagement Report, this may take anywhere between five (5) minutes to thirty (30) minutes.

Exporting

Navigate to the 'Notifications' tab on the top right of the dashboard of Taguchi, you'll get a dropdown of all the extracts, outgoing sends, etc. your organisation are engaging in. If the extract of the engagement report has not yet finished, you'll see that it is 'generating', along with scrolling bars moving across its background. Once completed, you should be able to click on 'download extract' and receive the engagement report as a csv file for you to review and read over.
