Taguchi doesn't typically analyse our client’s email performance against one another for a number of reasons including:

1. We don’t believe that comparing your results to industry benchmarks provide any great insight or truely assist with your strategy.
2. Each client has different subscriber bases, frequency, call to action, creative etc so comparing your results to others in your industry will always have this caveat associated with it.
3. Taguchi deals with enterprise level clients meaning the number of clients we have is very small in comparison to other larger email service providers. Publishing such data could easily be tracked back to a single client and we may be in breach of our confidentiality clauses.
