How do Taguchi subscriber profiles work?

Taguchi assigns one subscriber profile per email address it encounters. A Taguchi subscriber profile can contain multiple list subscriptions. If one email address is added to multiple lists, only one Taguchi subscriber profile is used, containing one set of the subscriber's data along with the lists they are currently subscribed to.
