How do I get engagement data for an email I've sent from Taguchi?

Engagement data can provide important insights to how your customers are engaging with communications sent via Taguchi.

An activity extract will provide you with data that shows how your subscribers engaged with a particular email send.

Extracting Engagement Stats from an Email Activity

To extract subscriber engagement data for a specific email activity:

  1. From the Dashboard, locate the Email Activity card you want to analyse.

  2. Click the Reporting icon to open the activity report.

For a shortcut: click on the activity options menu and select 'Extract recipients' from the menu.

  1. Once on the activity results, in the top-right corner, select the Extract Viewers icon. Actvitiy results

  2. You’ll be redirected to the Subscriber Extract screen, where the target expression will automatically populate with the selected sent activity (e.g. Sent Activity XXXX).

  1. Review or modify the targeting criteria as needed, then click Generate to create the extract.

Once the actvitivty extract has generated it will be available to download via the Notifications panel. To access this, navigate and click on the 'bell' icon located at the top right side of the Taguchi dashboard.

Once completed, you should be able to click on 'download extract' and receive the engagement report as a csv file for you to open and review.
