Live Proof Status Information
- Live proofs have a timeout of five minutes. If they do not complete within this timeframe, the status will be marked as “timed out.”
- While waiting for a proof, clients may sometimes generate additional live proofs, which can create a processing backlog.
- The workflow area logs the status of live proofs whenever the workflow is loaded or the page is refreshed.
- Live proof status is reported as “generating,” “timed out,” “sent,” or “failed.”
- If a proof fails, a failure message will be displayed.
- If a proof succeeds, the system will show the number sent and the profiles reflected in the proofs.
