Activating your Taguchi V5 account

If you have been added to a Taguchi organisation and you have never had access to Taguchi before, then you'll need to follow these steps to activate your account:

  1. You will receive an email from support@taguchi.com.au with the subject line "[Taguchi] Your account needs to be activated".

  2. This email will contain your email (username) and a temporary password, which you will use to login for the first time.

  3. Click on the the 'Log into Taguchi' button to go to the login page.

  4. Enter the credentials provided in the account activation email.

  5. Once logged in, you will be asked to create a new password.

  6. Once you've created your new password, your account has been activated and you are now ready to start using Taguchi.

Password Hygiene

  1. When creating a new password please select something that is secure, strong and cannot easily be guessed by anyone.
  2. There is no particular criteria, but the more random it is, the higher the chance of it being accepted by our security system.
  3. As a tip, your password should contain at least 16 characters, including at least one of each of the following; capital letter, number and symbol.
  4. Never disclose your password to anyone, including Taguchi staff. We will never ask for your password or any other sensitive information. This security measure is extremely important as a Taguchi database holds subscriber data.

Additional security controls

You may want to consider enabling Two-Factor Authentication to your account as an extra layer of security.
