Why do client's computers freeze when they try to open or close our emails?

The most common issue is that the client's computer has old software running on old hardware.
This is often related to the older versions of MS Outlook (e.g. the larger image based emails are too much for it to handle).

If this is not the problem, here are some of the other less probable causes:

  • Issues with MS Outlook plugins
  • Issues with conflicting anti-spam software
