I have scheduled an activity but it hasn't sent at the set date and time.
If a scheduled SMS or email activity does not broadcast at the set date and time, please contact Taguchi Support.
Updating scheduled broadcasts:
If you decide to change the time of your scheduled broadcast or would like the broadcast to go out immediately, you can do this by cancelling the scheduled broadcast first, editing the date and time, approving and then clicking the 'schedule broadcast' button.
If you would like to send the broadcast immediately, select a date and time in the past or alternatively something close to your current date and time.
