How long does it take for an email or SMS activity to start sending?

On average a broadcast activity can take up to 15 minutes to queue before it starts sending to your database.

If an activity has not started sending after 15 minutes from the scheduled date & time, an automatic alert will be triggered and sent to Taguchi. If this happens we will get in contact with you to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
