Can Taguchi send out to a list in a particular order?

Taguchi cannot send out to a list in any particular order. The order of the send is dependent on a number of technical factors regarding our database server and mail server. However, one alternative could be to split out the list out into a few separate lists (e.g. High priority, Mid priority and Low priority) and send to each of those separately, spacing each send half an hour from each other, for example.
