Important role notes

• Database - Manage Audiences allows a Base User to view subscriber data and create, edit and delete audiences without assigning the broader Database Manage role.
• Power Users can manage partitions in addition to receiving all Content and Database permissions.
• Coupons can be managed by a Base User with Content Edit or Database Manage, as well as by Power Users and Administrators.
• Database Manage includes subscriber data, audiences, custom fields and coupon management.
• Database Extract includes the ability to view subscriber data before generating an export.
• Integration Manage includes both integration viewing and management.

The calculator recommends the least-privileged role or role combination that provides all selected rights. A broader user type may also provide the selected rights, but it will not be recommended when a more limited assignment is sufficient.
