If you deployed an activity with multiple subject line versions, the results would appear in an activity report.

Here is how you can view subject line performance in an online report.

1. Be sure to check the activity was deployed with multiple subject lines. Below shows the activity editor with two subject lines.

2. You can access an activity report on the activity editor screen, by selecting the graph icon top right of page.

Alternatively, you can access activity reports in the dashboard or campaign view. Clicking the graph icon on the activity card will display the online report view.

3. Scroll down to ‘optimisation performance’ section.

Here you see a breakdown of the combinations including the top combination, in this case Subject Line 2. Following this is the breakdown of results for each subject line variation.

Tip: You can view reports in PDF and CSV formats too. You can access these views;

• via the activity card menu

• via the online report, top right hand side menu
