The Extract all data feature in the subscriber profile allows you to export a complete record of everything Taguchi holds about a specific subscriber. This is designed to help you meet GDPR and privacy requirements in jurisdictions where customers are entitled to request a copy of all data a company holds about them.

Note: Your organisation is responsible for deciding how much of this extracted information should be shared with your subscribers.

What data is extracted?

Clicking Extract all data generates a spreadsheet (CSV/Excel) containing:

  • Profile fields – standard subscriber fields such as email address, first name, phone number, and any other built-in profile attributes.
  • Custom fields – any organisation-specific custom fields attached to the subscriber's profile.
  • List memberships – all lists the subscriber belongs to, including the list ID, subscription options, subscribed date, and source.
  • Interaction history – a full log of the subscriber's interactions (e.g. sent, opened, clicked), including the event type, activity ID, activity name, view, and timestamp.

How to extract subscriber data

  1. Open the subscriber profile for the subscriber whose data you want to export. You can find a subscriber using the global search bar at the top of the screen.
  2. In the subscriber profile, click the Extract all data button located at the bottom left of the page.
